Facilities Coordinator £18 -25k per annum

Amber Mace are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work as part of the team at the head office of a fantastic care provider within the West Midlands.
You will be supporting the Facilities Manager to ensure the day to day running of the facilities management operations for all of our care homes. This will include monitoring emails for the department, raising PO’s and answering and managing facilities queries from staff across the group.
You will liaise with external contractors; chasing quotes, checking RAMS, arranging start dates and discussing issues arising from work on site.
Duties:
Assisting with projects
Maintaining various spreadsheets and documents ensuring information is up to date
Assist with the creation of and monitoring of budgets
Electronic filing of documents
Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries via email
Been the direct point of contact with the Head Office, and handle payroll, annual leave, recruitment (including new starters and DBS checks) & other clerical support
Greeting visitors, local authorities and inspectors etc.
Liaising with residents & their families, local authorities and other external parties
Required skills/experience of the Administrator:
Excellent phone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to use own initiative, and prioritise
Computer literate Microsoft office
Friendly and outgoing
Punctual
Experience in a similar role ESSENTIAL
On a daily basis you will be using Microsoft and CAFM system. You will need to have experience using both systems.
