A welcoming residential care home based near Basingstoke are looking for a deputy manager to assist the manager and oversee in the successful running of this service!

This fantastic care home is dedicated to providing the highest levels of care, tailored to suit individual needs, ensuring dignity and respect, and allowing residents to enjoy life to the fullest. With the support of an experienced manager alongside you, you will work in partnership to ensure the day-to-day running of the service is outstanding and that the best level of care is provided at all times to residents. The home is small and conveniently placed as it is on several local bus routes.

Role Requirements & What We Need From You:

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Previous experience in supervisory role
• Strong experience working within an elderly/dementia service
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Promote and maintain a high standard of care
• To ensure effective induction of all staff
• Provide inspiring leadership to all care colleagues.
• Conform to the latest guidelines, maintain the highest levels of auditing practices and procedures.
