We are looking for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join the team at a state-of-the-art nursing home near Burnley. This is a beautiful service that has all the amenities needed for residents to feel right at home. There is an experienced multi-disciplinary team already established at the home, who are looking forward to welcoming their new deputy could this be you?
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play the vital role of assisting in the day-to-day running of the home. You will deputise in the managers absence, acting as their right hand.
Some of the duties you will be doing as Deputy Manager include:
Staff appraisals, training, and recruitment
Assessing, monitoring and evaluating the needs of the residents, working collaboratively to create effective and personalised care pathways
Ensure CQC compliance in all aspects of the home
Maintaining nursing hours through clinical provision

The ideal candidate for this role will hold a valid NMC PIN and has some experience working at a senior capacity in a care home. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £35000 and access to exclusive company benefits.
