My client is looking for an ambitious and passionate OHA/Senior OHA looking to step up in to a Deputy Clinical Performance Manager position. The split would be 50% clinical, 50% managerial. Role duties:
• 50% clinical, 50% management
• Full OH Remit
• Continuously improve quality by ensuring standards are monitored and maintained, and ensure all team members are trained appropriately
• Monitor performance of clinical teams, including productivity, customer satisfaction and quality, and review targets on an on-going basis
• Support the Clinical Performance Manager
• Assist the CPM in managing the day-to-day service
• Manage the duty rosters of the team
• Assist with recruitment

Requirements for the role:
• Occupational Health experience is essential
• NHS experience is essential
• OH qualification required
