Role: Clinical Lead - OH
Salary: Up to £48k
Hours: Full time
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, single site (with remote working available)
My client is a leading OH Provider, delivering tailored health programmes to their clients throughout the UK. They are hiring a full time Clinical Lead within the Occupational Health Team in Barrow-in-Furness. You will be based at a single site, however you will be able to work 1.5 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Develop clinical pathways and support client objectives
• Lead the clinical team, ensuring high-quality health services
• Foster a positive team culture and support company values
• Manage team resources and clinical competencies
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Mentor and assess clinical practice
• Drive continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements:
• NMC registered
• Ideally you will have A&E/Emergency care background
• It is essential you have an Occupational Health qualification
• Experienced in management
• Valid driver's license and own car
