Role: Clinical Lead
Location: Brighton
Salary: £60k
Hours: Full time (50 hours per week)
Amber Mace are currently working with an established care provider who are looking for a Clinical Lead to join their team within a small nursing home. This is an award winning luxury, purpose-built nursing home, who works closely with the families to ensure the best service possible.

Role:
• Support a team of staff
• Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
• Assist the manager with implementing policies and procedures within the home
• Monitor residents and amend care plans where required
• Support the management team
• Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Be one of the primary points of contact for residents, relatives and visits
Requirements:
• RGN qualified with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience working within a nursing home
• You will be required to cover some shifts on the floor (when required - either day or night)
• Strong leadership skills
• Friendly, caring, passionate and determined
