Role: Clinical Deputy Manager
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £41,495 per annum
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Amber Mace Ltd is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable care home in Cirencester. This position requires a candidate who is NMC registered and possesses solid Care Home experience, with an added advantage of prior leadership experience.

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care will make a significant difference to the lives of the residents and the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Supporting, mentoring, and supervising the care staff to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to residents.
• Overseeing and participating in care planning, medication management, and clinical assessments.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for residents, relatives, and staff.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of care home policies and procedures.
• Undertaking audits and maintaining accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Requirements:
• NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Proven experience within a Care Home setting.
• Ideally, previous experience in a leadership or deputy capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about providing person-centered care and promoting residents' independence and dignity.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
