Role and Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. Your responsibilities will include:
-Assisting in the management of clinical staff, ensuring their training and development.
-Implementing and maintaining care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's needs.
-Monitoring and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and adherence to protocols.
-Building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
-Participating in audits, inspections, and assessments to uphold regulatory compliance.
-Providing clinical leadership and support to the care team.
Requirements:
-To succeed in this role, you should have:
-A valid nursing qualification and current registration with the relevant nursing body.
-Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a care setting.
-Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to lead and mentor a care team.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
-A passion for delivering person-centered care and promoting resident well-being.
