Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing and child-centred environment where young people feel safe, valued and supported.
Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum.
Previous experience in a senior residential support worker or supervisory role is desirable.
Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.

What We Offer
Competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
42-hour working week with a balance of management responsibilities and direct care.
The opportunity to join a respected and supportive children's residential care provider.
Ongoing training, development and opportunities to further your leadership career.
Supportive senior management and a collaborative working environment.
Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation.
A rewarding role where you can make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people every day.
