My client is currently looking for someone to work alongside a registered manager, you will work in partnership to ensure the day-to-day running of the service is outstanding and able to keep up the good CQC score.
In this modern open space care home residents have excellent facilities to be able to keep them feeling entertained and comfortable, dedicated to providing the highest level of care especially with residents who are elderly or have dementia and Alzheimer's.
The role will consist of:
- Being able to lead/ support a team of staff
- To oversee care plans
- Assist with training of new staff
- Support the management team
- Ensure high care standards are met on a day to day basis
- Maintaining the safe custody, administration and storage of medication
- Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Building relationships to optimise patient/resident engagement
-Willing to do level 4 NVQ
We need from you:
-Experienced working in senior/team leader roles within healthcare
-Level 3 in leadership and management
