Salary: £60,000 per year

Amber Mace are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at our beautiful purpose-built nursing home in Exmouth, Devon. As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursing home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:
-Managing and leading a dedicated team of care professionals.
-Implementing and maintaining care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
-Monitoring and improving the quality of care provided.
-Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
-Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
-Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
-Promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the home.

Qualifications and Experience:
While a nurse pin is not essential for this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
-Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a care home setting.
-Proven history with CQC of either GOOD or OUSTANDING
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing care homes.
