I am delighted to be working alongside a fantastic home who is currently looking for a home manager to join their service. The home is a residential service for elderly adults living with dementia. Residents are truly cared for, and staff build care and activity plans around each individual to support, nurture and encourage them to live happy, fulfilled lives.
Key Duties as Home Manager:
Overall management of the home
Experience with elderly/dementia
Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care.
Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team.
Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed
Management experience – previous experience managing a successful care home
