Hours: Full or Part Time available
Annual leave allowance.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join an outstanding home care provider in Maidenhead. You will be joining a SUPPORTIVE and CARING team, who put first class care at the heart of everything they do. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference by supporting residents to regain their independence following a temporary illness or injury with the short-term support and rehabilitation service.
We are looking for caring individuals to join our busy team of experienced Rehabilitation Assistants, supporting people to recover in the own homes by helping to manage personal care, meals and medicines alongside physiotherapy and occupational therapy programmes.
The key responsibilities of our Support/Care Workers include:
Provide an exceptional standard of individual care and personal care to residents at all times
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Possess high regard for personal safety of the client
Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work legislation; in particular in the moving and handling of residents and fire safety/evacuation procedures
Willing to further professional development by participating in appraisals and team meetings and training
Adhere to all company and local policies/procedures
Experience working as a Support Worker/Care Assistant essential
Access to own vehicle is essential for this community based role
