Business Development Manager – South West

Amber Mace currently has an unmissable Business Development Manager opportunity to cover several services across the South West including; Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire & Devon.

Our client is looking for a dynamic, inspirational Business Development Manager to assist the Home and housing Managers, and oversee the business & financial efficiency of a number of their services. This fantastic company operate a number of high-end care services throughout the region and UK.

As the Business Development Manager, you will oversee and support the service managers financial efficiency, providing guidance to allow them to carry out their roles effectively. You will be an influential and inspirational leader that is dedicated to ensuring that the services are providing the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties of the Business Development Manager:
• Managing a number of care homes and housing services working closely alongside the Managers.
• Achieving and maintaining financial stability and success.
• Supporting and maintaining effective performance management.
• Promoting good budgeting practices and assisting Managers in the implementation of these.
• Contributing to the strategic development of the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills of the Business Development Manager:
• Proven management experience in a CQC compliant care home or multi-site role
• Strong business acumen
• Access to own vehicle and must be willing to stay overnight where required.
