Amber Mace are looking for an experienced Deputy who is looking for the next step in their career with a passion for building effective teams and delivery outcome focused person-centred support. This is a supported living service that offers support for PLMD, people with autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
The role:
-Supervision of team members
-Ensuring quality compliance
-Oversight of the day-to-day delivery of support
-Safely promote and encourage independence
-Delivery of focused person-centred support
Requirements:
-NVQ Level 3
-Desire to work towards NVQ Level 5
-Experience with adults with autism, learning & physical disabilities
-Ideally, experience within a supported living setting
-Passion for delivery person-centred care
