The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Proven management experience in a CQC compliant care home or multi-site role
• Strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Previous ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC reports achieved
• Access to own vehicle and must be willing to stay overnight where required.

I am currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated manager to oversee 4 services located within Hampshire.

As the Area Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on business development, management of the home managers, recruitment, training and ensuring that the homes are ran in accordance with CQC policies.

Main Duties as Operations Manager:
• To run four care services (residential and nursing) providing specialist Dementia care for the Elderly
• To maintain occupancy levels within the homes
• To assist with the recruitment and management of staff
• Financial management of the homes

In return, my client is offering a salary in the region of up to £48K and an excellent benefits package.
