Salary: £60K – £65K + car allowance!
Are you an experienced Regional/Area Manager within the elderly healthcare sector, who has experience in multi-site management and is currently looking for the next step? If you are, this is the perfect role for you!
Lindsay at Amber Mace is delighted to be working on behalf of a FANTASTIC elderly care provider who are currently looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of elderly care homes throughout Oxfordshire.

Your role will involve supporting and inspiring your team of Home Managers, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across the homes, and implementing actions plans for improvements and audit controls to enable the highest standards of across the organisation at all times. You will have excellent communication skills, and will have passion for leadership and be capable of leading and motivating a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity as you will be responsible for leading the homes to success in achieving good and outstanding ratings! As Area Manager you will have strong business acumen, you will be responsible for managing budgets, monitor and measuring performance in line with KPIs and develop business opportunities.
To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity all we need is a candidate who has:
Previous area/regional experience within elderly care
Level 5 Registered Manager qualification (or equivalent)
Extensive experience of elderly/dementia services
Holds Strong business acumen
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Multi-site experience within the care sector
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Nurse qualified
