Role: Account Manager in Health and Wellbeing
Location: Remote
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £38.5k

Role:
• You will be the primary point of contact for customers
• Create strong relationships, resolve any issues and nuture long-term partnerships
• Virtual and in-person meetings with clients offering tailored solutions, introduce new products/services and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Participate in tender presentations
• Facilitate the onboarding and support of new customers
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team
• Evaluate and analyse customer date to provide valuable insights that with assist with strengthening relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Account Manager within the Health and Wellbeing sector is essential
• Effective communication skills
• Proven track record managing multiple projects
• Identify opportunities, issues and risks
• Superb organisation and prioritisation skills
